Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds or returns after a purchase has been completed and the files have been accessed or downloaded.

This includes:

• Accidental purchases
• Change of mind
• Compatibility issues with your device or software
• Lack of knowledge or understanding on how to use the files
  

⚠️ Exceptions — File Delivery Issues Only

We will consider a refund or replacement only under the following circumstances:

• You did not receive your download link
• You received the wrong file
• The file is corrupted or inaccessible

In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at densarteam@gmail.com with your order confirmation and a detailed explanation.
